Our Founder

Advance Medical of Naples was founded by Dr. Greg Leach, whose decades of experience shaped the foundation of the practice. After serving as a Medical Director in the U.S. Public Health Service, Dr. Leach returned to Florida with a clear vision: create a medical practice where care is accessible, relationships matter, and patients are treated with respect.

Since opening Advance Medical of Naples in 1988, Dr. Leach has remained committed to building a practice that prioritizes thoughtful medicine, timely care, and long-term patient well-being. His leadership continues to guide the culture and standards of care throughout the organization.
